Good place with air conditioning, tv, and Wi-Fi. On my first stay, the staff helped me return documents I accidentally left behind, which I appreciate. I recommend using the honesty bar for a relaxing evening drink. I'm returning for Christmas!

My stay was all about exploring the heart of Rome, and the location couldn't be better. Just a short stroll and I was at the Pantheon, surrounded by so much history. The room was spacious and came with a spa bath, making for a cozy retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The owner was really nice and offered great tips on where to eat and what to see, which added a personal touch to the experience.

The jacuzzi suite was a delightful surprise that made our stay extra special, and
the warm welcome from the owner instantly set the tone for our time in Rome. The location was as advertised—ideal for sightseeing. However, we found it disappointing that the honesty bar was not fully stocked, which limited our options.

i was nearly impressed but was left traumatized by the check-in chaos—waiting in the heat for 15 minutes, then being let in by a mini mart worker, how lovely. would’ve been nice to receive a smidge of pampering for this disaster.

Superb modern room featuring thoughtful touches like a corner jacuzzi tub and ample lighting options. The owner’s exceptional service included personalized recommendations and even mailing back a forgotten phone for free. Despite the overall comfort, noise from upstairs can disrupt light sleepers. The location allows easy access to numerous attractions, while fresh sandwiches were a pleasant food option nearby.

Staying at this place was a delight! We loved being so close to attractions like the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain while enjoying the peaceful neighborhood. Plus, having fresh towels daily and a mini bottle of Prosecco waiting for us was such a fun treat.
In my wife’s opinion, a playground nearby would have made it even better.
